Each and every stage, as detailed below, is subject to total quality management which ensures we meet very high quality and safety standards.

Arrival and assessment - You can have your car delivered to us or we'll collect it from your home or premises. On arrival, your car will undergo a thorough assessment to find any and all damage. You will then be provided an explanation of all necessary repairs and answer any queries you may have.

Dismantling - All damaged parts of your vehicle that need repair will be dismantled by our technicians and checked for further damage. We will then confirm if we have to order any new parts.

Repair - After the damaged parts have been removed, we'll transfer your vehicle to our body panel business area. Your car chassis will be realigned to the original manufacturer's specifications and all repairs completed to the highest standards. All the new parts will be checked at every stage for perfect fitment.

Paintwork and restoration - At this stage, our paintwork experts will prepare your vehicle for painting and finish it to the manufacturer specifications. This is achieved with the help of our advanced paint application equipment on site. We can mix colours to match any finish, so your repair will be like new.

Refit - All newly fitted parts will be checked for alignment and operation, and all necessary tests will be conducted. Then we'll run a series of quality control checks on your vehicle. These include tyre pressures, wheel alignment and lighting checks.

Final checks and sign off - Our team of highly qualified and experienced technicians will check every stage of the accident repair and only move your vehicle to the next stage when they are fully happy with the work.

Delivery or collection - Once all repairs are completed and your vehicle has passed all of our in-house tests, we'll contact you for collection or delivery. We will be more than happy answering any questions you may have.
